Agreement on the processing of personal data

Terms used in this Agreement:

Site – this is a collection of texts, graphic elements, design, images, program code, photo and video materials and other results of intellectual activity contained on the Internet under the domain name https://discount-house.ru.

Site Administration – employees of the Limited Liability Company «Diskont – House", which has the rights to administer the Site.

User – this is any person who has logged into the Site and accepted the terms of this Agreement, regardless of the fact of passing the registration and authorization procedures.

AGREEMENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, the User confirms his consent to the processing by the Limited Liability Company "Discount House" personal data: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, transfer, blocking, depersonalization, destruction solely for the purpose of providing the User with services for offering real estate objects.

The Site Administration guarantees the confidentiality of the information received. The processing of personal data is carried out in order to effectively fulfill the obligations accepted by the Site Administration as mandatory for the User.

It is specifically stipulated that if it is necessary to provide the User's personal data to the owner of the property or to another person interested in selling the property, the User consents to the transfer of his personal data.

This consent applies to the following personal data of the User: last name, first name and patronymic, email address, contact phone number.

By accepting the terms of this agreement, the User agrees to receive advertising mailings from the Site Administration by phone (in the format of sms messages and calls) and by e-mail. The user has the right to refuse to receive advertising mailings at any time by sending a written notification to the e-mail info@discount-house.ru

The validity period of the consent is unlimited, however, the User has the right to revoke this consent at any time by sending a written notice to the address: 196105, Moscow Russia, Moscow, Presnenskaya embankment, 6, building 2 "Discount LLC – House", marked "withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data". Please note that the withdrawal of the User's consent to the processing of personal data entails the deletion of the User's account from the Site, as well as the destruction of records containing the User's personal data in the personal data processing systems of Discount House LLC.
