Villa Marita is a spacious one—storey house in the northern part of the island of Corfu, in the resort area of Acharavi, just 80 meters from one of the best sandy beaches. The house is located in a secluded and quiet area, within walking distance from shops, restaurants and other infrastructure of the village.
The total area of the villa is 230 m2, it is located on a plot of 15 acres, surrounded by greenery and surrounded by an orchard. The house can accommodate from 10 to 13 guests, which makes it an excellent option for a large family or a group of friends.
Layout and facilities
The house has five spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. There are two sofas in the living room that can be used as extra beds. There are also two separate fully equipped kitchens with everything you need for cooking.
There are two bathrooms at guests' disposal: one with a full bathtub, the other with a shower cabin. Plus an additional bathroom. There is a large dining table in the dining area, and on the covered veranda there is another table for 20 people — a great place for outdoor dining.
Comfort and facilities
The villa is equipped with a modern air conditioning system, individually controlled in each room, and a heating system for off-season recreation. There is a TV with satellite channels in the living room. All necessary household appliances are available: a washing machine, a dryer, a microwave oven, a ceramic hob with an oven, a refrigerator, a toaster, an electric kettle and a hairdryer. Wi-Fi is enabled.
On the plot there is a spacious green lawn, a well—kept orchard, a stone barbecue, two convenient parking areas with separate gates.
Service
Cleaning is carried out twice a week. Bed linen and towels are provided. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros will be charged, which will be refunded on the day of departure if there is no damage.
Infrastructure and location
Grocery stores, pharmacies, taverns and bars are within walking distance of the villa. Acharavi is the largest village on the northern coast of Corfu, popular with tourists due to its long sandy beach, comfortable climate and calm atmosphere. The more lively village of Sidari, known for its nightlife and lively atmosphere, is just a 10-minute drive away.
The capital of the island, the city of Corfu, can be reached in 40-45 minutes, the distance to the airport is about 37 km, and the nearest port is 34 km away.
