Detailed description of the villa The villa area is 200 sq.m, the plot area is 2170 sq.m. The villa includes two floors of the main building and a separate annex.
Ground floor: there are two master bedrooms, each with a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom (one with a bathtub, the other with a spacious shower cabin). A spacious living room with two sitting areas and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. There is also an additional storage room with a sink, refrigerator and washing machine. Additional guest bathroom without shower.
Second floor: includes two bedrooms. One with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (with bathtub), the second with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms open onto a shared balcony overlooking the garden.
