Soft roofing is a covering based on bitumen, fiberglass, or polymer membranes. It is used on flat and pitched roofs of residential buildings, villas, shopping centers, and industrial facilities.

TYPES OF SOFT ROOF REPAIR

Major repair — complete replacement of the covering. Performed when more than 40% of the area is damaged or when insulation and screed have deteriorated.
Emergency repair — immediate response to stop leaks. We localize the problem and identify the cause.
